This role ensures safe, high‑quality execution of aerial and underground construction, maintenance, engineering, design, and utility locating activities. The Field Supervisor coordinates daily operations, resolves field issues, ensures compliance, and drives productivity across multiple project sites. Crew Leadership: Supervise 15-20 crews, assign daily workloads, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards. Aerial Construction: Oversee pole work, strand and fiber placement, lashing, make‑ready corrections, and aerial restoration. Underground Construction: Manage conduit installation, trenching, directional boring, vault placement, and splice case placement.
