Monitoring and managing program expenses and revenues is part of the job and that is done with the Residential Program Manager and/or Residential and Housing Program Director minimum monthly. It is the expectation that Site Manager always has all assigned programs ready for survey as it comes to DBHDD, CARF, DCH/HFR or any other related regulatory bodies including licensure related surveys. Knowledge of: * Tennis & Racquet sports and the day-to-day operations and maintenance of a tennis facility * General office practices and procedures Skilled in: * Use of a variety of Microsoft Office Suite products to include Word, Excel, and Outlook * Use of computers and software applications to a moderate degree of proficiency including but not limited to for use of payroll and timekeeping (Oracle), reservation and registration management (RecTrac) * Developing and managing budgets * Written and verbal communication, including to convey detailed or important spoken instructions to personnel accurately and concisely Ability to: * Plan and direct staff activities * Correctly interpret and efficiently implement all applicable policies and procedures * Delegate, manage, supervise, lead and motivate to achieve goals * Prepare and maintain accurate records * Establish and maintain effective and professional relationships with personnel under supervision, city staff and officials, as well as the general public * Work a flexible work schedule that includes weekdays, weekends and evenings as needed. * High School Diploma or GED equivalent * Two (2) years of experience in community or group recreation program administration at a recreation or tennis center * Six (6) months of supervisory experience in community or group recreation program administration at a recreation or tennis center POST OFFER PRE-EMPLOYMENT SCREENING REQUIREMENTS: Final offer and employment are contingent upon successful completion of the following post-offer, pre-employment screening items: * Criminal Background Check * Employment Verification * Motor Vehicles Report (MVR) Check * Drug and Alcohol Screen
