He is spearheading the company’s rapid growth and manages its financing, products, strategic relationships, and operations. As former CEO of Informatica Corporation, (Nasdaq; INFA) a data integration company that he co-founded in 1992, Gaurav led it from a startup idea to a leading worldwide software enterprise – ultimately forging a broad acceptance of the vision he pioneered. Prior to Informatica, Gaurav held management and engineering positions at Sterling Software and Unisys Corp.

Beginning as an individual contributor, I have risen to the level of Vice President of Sales in start-up, mid-size, and Fortune 500 organizations, managing annual quotas from $10 million to $350 million in the networking, customer relationship management, content delivery, data integration, and information security sectors. Dayle is the CMO of People.ai and is a marketing executive with 20+ years’ experience across all marketing disciplines. He is responsible for all strategic marketing activities including branding, product positioning, communications, customer acquisition and go-to-market strategy. Prior to joining People.AI, Dayle was the head of marketing and sales development at Lithium Technologies, helping the company grow beyond $100M, managing multiple acquisitions and through the company’s acquisition by private equity. Dayle led Corporate Marketing and Corporate Communications at Aruba Networks (acquired by HPE) and was integral to the company’s success in growing revenue from $350M to $1B+ and establishing itself as the market leader in the networking business. He was also responsible for re-engineering customer experience through the popular ‘Airheads’ program, delivering a 200% growth in customer engagement. Dayle’s previous experience includes marketing leadership positions at Cisco and Oracle in Europe and North America in various marketing roles.

Elizabeth Loar is the Vice President of Finance and Administration at SnapLogic, where she is responsible for overseeing the company’s finance and accounting functions. Elizabeth is an experienced corporate controller and management consultant specializing in business process reengineering for finance organizations. She previously served as SnapLogic’s Corporate Controller and before that was the director of financial planning and analysis at Merchant e-Solutions. Elizabeth holds a Master’s of Business Administration from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College and a Bachelor’s of Science from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley.
