About The Role: A Software Development Manager is a leader that manages, plans, and coordinates activities related to the development needs of the company including the design and maintenance of systems that support our SaaS products. A Software Development Manager will set goals for the development department and conduct performance reviews of team members and provide corrective actions when needed. A person in this role is responsible for ensuring that the Development Department follows best practices and meets all required regulatory and company compliance measures.
