* Support low income and first generation students in developing knowledge of college and community resources.
* Provide direct assistance to students with introductions to a college process/ departmental staff and follow up with students to ensure use of relevant services and campus offices.
* Develop and facilitate training for college staff and faculty on topics that will improve overall service to low income and first time students, based on information gathered from researched best practices, training, and direct experience with students.
* Maintain appropriate records of services provided.
