Provide one on one special instruction to children aged 3 to 5 years in our CPSE program
Educate family members and caregivers on different intervention strategies to facilitate active involvement and carry-over.
Work in diverse settings such as patient homes, family day care homes, daycare centers, and/or other community settings.
Maintain accurate records of services provided; submit evaluationsandprogress reports in a timely manner
Prepare progress reports as per program timelines

* Follow prescribed behavioral skill acquisition and maladaptive behavior reduction protocols
* Collect, record, and summarize data on observable student behavior
* Facilitate behavior change by modifying maladaptive behaviors and replacing them with appropriate behavior
* Assist with parent and/or caregiver training in line with student's individualized treatment and behavior reduction protocols
* Participate in counseling and meeting sessions
* Assist the SpecialEducationTeacher and BCBA with communicating effectively with parents and/or caregivers regarding student progress
* Assist with the delivery of behavior analysis services and practices to assist children with day-to-day tasks and nurture a child's social abilities
* Assist with skill acquisition and behavior reduction assessments
* Work with a team of individuals with skill acquisition, behavior reduction assessments and preparing student materials
Minimum Qualifications-Knowledge, Skills and Ability:
Ability to interpret and implement clinical protocols and written plans. Commitment to maintain student confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA and FERPA laws. Excellent written and verbal communication. Ability to adhere to organizational policies and procedures and abide by code of ethics as indicated by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board. Ability to establish effective working relationships with others and to deal effectively with the public. Ability to accept constructive feedback and develop knowledge and skill sets accordingly. Effective time management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks at one time.
