At Stryker's Craniomaxillofacial (CMF) division:
You'll work closely with experienced Sales Representatives and Managers to build your knowledge, skill and comfort with clinical and product knowledge as well as selling styles and techniques. They will serve as your coaches and mentors to share lessons learned for how to build and grow a successful business.

Work Flexibility: Field-based As a Clinical Specialist at Stryker, you will help improve orthopedic surgeries around the world and play a direct role in our mission of making healthcare better. In this role, you will build deep clinical and technical expertise across both robotic (Mako SmartRobotics) and manual orthopedic procedures. You will support surgeons in the operating room by assisting with pre-operative planning, case preparation, system setup, and real-time procedural workflows to ensure safe, accurate, and efficient outcomes.
You will gain hands-on experience working with Mako technology-including CT-based planning, implant sizing, registration, and intra-operative support-while also developing strong competency in manual procedures, instrumentation, and OR protocols. Through shadowing experienced team members, supporting product demonstrations, and participating in labs and education programs, you will learn the systems, processes, and best practices that define world-class clinical support.
This role requires adaptability, steady composure, and strong problem-solving in a fast-paced surgical environment. Because patients' needs don't follow business hours, you will also participate in on-call coverage, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to ensure uninterrupted support for urgent cases and time-sensitive customer needs.
What You Will Do
* Gain competency in solo case coverage for manual and robotic procedures through hands-on training.
* Assist surgeons with pre-operative CT-based planning, implant sizing, and positioning using advanced software.
* Support full case preparation, including instrumentation checks, equipment setup, and OR readiness.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
About the Role The Vice President Business Development Oncology Transactions will lead Business Development activities for the Oncology franchise, J&J Innovative Medicine's largest and fastest growing therapeutic area. More specifically, this position will be accountable for leading the above-specified activities in the Hematological Malignancies and Immuno-Oncology (I/O) spaces.
The Vice President Business Development Oncology Transactions leads a team to identify, evaluate, and execute value-creating transactions in support of the Pharm Group's growth strategies across the end-end Oncology portfolio. Directs the search, due diligence, business case development, negotiations, financing, and communications to senior management to execute transactions.
Oversees the closing of deals and integration of assets into J&J. Also oversees divestitures of identified assets to enhance value creation of the portfolio. Can be engaged in renegotiation of existing agreements according to changing business needs. Helps to develop high external share of voice in the Oncology marketplace, furthering J&J Innovative Medicine's reputation as a partner of choice. Develops and leads a consistently high performing team Oncology BD team.
Partners with Therapeutic Area Leadership and Global Commercial (GCSO) teams to develop actionable growth plans based on gap analyses, competitive landscape reviews, and a continuous review of all mechanisms of action that are viewed as critical for growth.
Sources assets that continue to drive near- and long-term growth of the portfolio bases on gaps identified
As such sustains the ‘freshness' of the Oncology pipeline by adding new assets to replace those lost to development attrition and to ensure sustained growth of the business
Integrates strategic and cross-functional teams and ensures teams are following the appropriate guidelines (for example, WW420C).
Determines screening criteria and rationale for targeting new business opportunities in relation to J&J strategic goals.
Evaluates critical assumptions, risks, and opportunities to determine organizational impact.
Directs teams to make go or no-go decisions in a timely manner and based on available data.
Directs the development of business cases for new business opportunities that are aligned with strategic goals.
Determines which opportunities to bring to market based on assessment of research and valuation model results.

Business Development & Licensing and Acquisitions have played a critical role in building the Pharmaceutical business for J&J. Supplementing our internal development efforts with compounds from the outside will remain a critical activity for us to realize long-term growth.
This function also brings an objective view when evaluating the value of external compounds when comparing to internal investments
The function also requires continuous direct and face to face meetings with CEO's and other C-suite executives of global biopharma companies of various sizes.
REQUIRED BUSINESS & LEADERSHIP EXPERIENCES:
The ability to create clear, compelling, business cases that significantly advance the growth and competitive advantage of J&J. The ability to influence and lead multifunctional teams toward a shared vision. REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
An advanced Degree is required (Ph.D, MBA, M.S or equivalent). We are looking for a business development leader with significant experience bringing new compounds to companies. A minimum of 15 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Ability to take personal accountability at the project decision/execution-level is required. Previous Business Development and licensing experience is mandatory. Knowledge of the Oncology space is a plus.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $271,150 to $366,850.
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis.

Purpose:

Technical Requirements

The Senior Manager Procurement Transportation will be responsible for managing approximately $125 million or less in spend for Johnson & Johnson Companies. Develop and drive the Procurement vision for, with and through the stakeholder community.

* Proctor/-support cases in new surgical accounts as well as complex cases at experienced sites.
* Perform After Action Review's (AAR) with MD's following cases and communicate results.
* Surgical Account Training & Management: Responsible for ongoing training at European surgical key sites. Enable and drive the growth and performance of our surgical business. Coordinate and lead activities with SAM, Franchise Team (TM/CC), Training department, Medical Office and manage customer education for new and existing accounts to ensure best clinical outcomes. Establish surgical peer-to-peer networks across the region to share best practices and implement/ support peer-to-peer educational programs (incl. physician proctoring) in cooperation with our Physician Program Team and Medical Office.

Detail-Oriented Assessment: Oversee the creation and maintenance of business data models for all Anaplan models covering Commercial, IBP, Supply Chain and Enterprise Planning & Analytics. Lead data fit-gap evaluations for each deployment, working closely with technical partners to ensure data sources and profiles meet process requirements. Ensure that all documentation is complete and accurate.
Quality and Governance: Develop and memorialize Data Design Documents (DDD) to capture key decisions and provide reference for ongoing operations. Collaborate with Data Governance teams to enforce best practices and maintain high standards of data quality throughout all project phases.
Run State Support: Oversea the transition of deployed models to the run state organisations with full knowledge transfers and documentation in place. Act as a consultant to the run teams to helps support development of continuous improvement (CI) initiatives to enhance data validation, process efficiency, and deliver stable, high-quality outcomes
Major Responsibilities:
Lead a team of 10 business data architects, engineers, and analysts, including consultants to design and maintain business data models for Commercial, IBP, and Supply Chain Planning & Analytics within a multi-year enterprise transformation program.
Conduct data fit-gap evaluations for each deployment, collaborating with technical partners to identify and profile data sources in line with process requirements.
Provide strategic guidance across all SigniFi workstreams (including Global Process Owners, Business Product Owners, and Technical Product Owners) to ensure cohesive, sustainable, and scalable solution designs, leveraging the CIM foundation.
Develop and maintain Data Design Documents (DDD) to memorialize key decisions and serve as reference materials for run state teams.
Coordinate with the Data Validation team to drive data quality and analysis throughout project phases, including data dry runs, business simulations, integrated testing, and production validation.
Collaborate with the Finance Data Governance team to oversee SigniFi CIM design in the Finance Data Hub Platform for all fit-for-purpose use cases.

Qualifications:
A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree is required, Major in Finance or IT are preferred
8+ years experience with min 5 years in relational database management/data model/data warehouse experience is preferred
SQL experience is required with strong technical systems background (e.g. Tableau, Alteryx, SAP Finance, BW, MDM)
Experience crafting sophisticated technology solutions to support a large, complex business landscape is required
Must have experience supervising direct reports in order to continue the development of talent pipeline of data, system combined with business process.
Extensive experience with Financial Planning tools and technology is required
The ability to effectively communicate complex technical ideas to individuals outside of the FS&T Program and Finance organization is required

Responsibilities/principal duties:

Risk and Compliance Management

Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Minimum of 6 years of related IT experience.
Experience in IT application management and migration, particularly within the context of business integration, acquisition, or divestiture programs.
Strong understanding of application lifecycle management, including assessment, remediation, migration, and decommissioning.
Familiarity with infrastructure and hosting models (on-premises, cloud, hybrid) and their impact on application migration planning.
Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams (infrastructure, security, compliance, business owners) to ensure successful application transition.
