See Attachment. • Creates and maintains an environment based on ITERS/ECERS standards, sustaining a rating of 4 or higher in DD classrooms and a 5 in ABC/ABCSS classrooms. • Assists with implementation of plans of care by following FCC procedure for collecting data and creating quality daily progress notes in Credible. • Directly always supervises children. • Works cooperatively with parents/staff members to ensure positive, productive atmosphere. • Stays informed of child's record in Credible to ensure only authorized persons pick up child • Actively engages with children. • Maintains DHS/ABC and DDS staff/child ratios reports out of ratio to supervisor immediately. • Completes required progress notes and other documentation in a timely manner. • Collects Work Sampling and Ounce data on assigned ABC/ABCSS children. • Maintains current certification in Infant/Toddler CPR, First Aid, and Infection Control by attending annual courses and serves as First Responder for Preschool. • Ensures that timesheet in payroll system accurately reflects times worked and is up to date. • Actively participates in weekly, monthly, and annual staff meetings as arranged by supervisor. • Attends all training activities as required by Administration, licensing units, and/or supervisor. • Participates in minimum 15 hours in-house and/or outside Early Childhood training annually as required, including out-of-town/overnight travel as required. Kids Unlimited Learning Academy (KULA) is an early intervention day treatment clinic for children with special needs. Once children are referred to KULA by their primary care physicians, they must receive a developmental screening. Then, they may be scheduled for therapy evaluations at KULA or bring recent therapy evaluation reports done elsewhere. To receive Early Intervention Day Treatment habilitation services, a child must have a documented developmental disability or delay, as shown on the results of an annual comprehensive developmental evaluation and qualify for at least one therapy service. Those services include (but are not limited to) fine motor delays, sensory disorders, gross motor delays, speech-language delays, hearing disorders, feeding disorders, developmental delays, cognitive delays and medical needs. Children are placed in treatment rooms based on their developmental needs and ages. Our treatment rooms are adequately staffed with teachers and teachers' assistants and are designed to celebrate the cultural differences of the children and families we serve. KULA has many licensed occupational therapists, physical therapists, and speech-language pathologists on staff to provide needed care to the children who qualify for therapy services. And, KULA has nurses on staff to serve children with medical needs. KULA's services also include developmental/psychological testing by a licensed psychologist, nutritional evaluations and consultations, and audiological evaluations. Our whole treatment team works together and with our patients' families to make sure each child's needs are met. KULA typically treats children from birth to Kindergarten. However, we try to expand our services during the summer months to include elementary school-aged children with special needs. We also have digital xray and options for radiologist consults. We use a Vscan Air, portable handheld ultrasound probe which is excellent for tfast, afast, and cystocentesis. Maintains breakroom and stockroom supplies for Bentonville Office. Ensures supply of stamps, UPS/FedEx supplies and batteries. Trains backup receptionist and interns. Assists with market research and generating lead lists for sales executives using ZoomInfo and Seamless.AI. Prequalifies leads prior to distributing to Sales Executives. Enters all generated leads into Outreach.IO CRM. Assists with coordinating company-wide and Bentonville events. Serves as Culture Club liaison for the Bentonville office. Serves as facility management lead by coordinating maintenance requests with Sr. Executive Administrator and appropriate vendors. Conduct monthly fire extinguisher checks. Scans Bentonville billing statements, invoices, and receipts and sending emails to the Accounts Payable Corporate Office. Performs other clerical duties as needed, such as filing, faxing, photocopying, and collating. Works with Bay Cities Logistics and other carriers to coordinate shipping of pallets Assists Supply Chain Managers with inventory and data checks. Assist Project Managers with inventory records. Assist Project Managers with product fitments. Assist Project Managers with Walmart Year End Meeting and Year Beginning Meeting needs. Performs other duties as needed. EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES What do I need to be successful? 2 years of community college or bachelor's degree. Previous receptionist experience, preferably on a multi-line switchboard preferred. Ability to multi-task and to efficiently produce accurate and timely work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent problem-solving skills, good interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) to correspond with vendors, customers, and managers. Extensive knowledge of organizational skills and office practices. Computer proficiency in all Microsoft Office Software especially MS Word and MS Excel. Proficiency with Adobe Creative suite a bonus. Ability to demonstrate strong customer focus and work ethic of seeking continual improvement. Must be able to work overtime as required.
