Actively participates in weekly, monthly, and annual staff meetings as arranged by supervisor.
Attends all training activities as required by Administration, licensing units, and/or supervisor.
Participates in minimum 15 hours in-house and/or outside Early Childhood training annually as required, including out-of-town/overnight travel as required. For staff working in an ABC/ABCSS classroom, at least 30 hours of training must be acquired annually.

Kids Unlimited Learning Academy (KULA) is an early intervention day treatment clinic for children with special needs. Once children are referred to KULA by their primary care physicians, they must receive a developmental screening. Then, they may be scheduled for therapy evaluations at KULA or bring recent therapy evaluation reports done elsewhere. To receive Early Intervention Day Treatment habilitation services, a child must have a documented developmental disability or delay, as shown on the results of an annual comprehensive developmental evaluation and qualify for at least one therapy service. Those services include (but are not limited to) fine motor delays, sensory disorders, gross motor delays, speech-language delays, hearing disorders, feeding disorders, developmental delays, cognitive delays and medical needs.
Children are placed in treatment rooms based on their developmental needs and ages. Our treatment rooms are adequately staffed with teachers and teachers' assistants and are designed to celebrate the cultural differences of the children and families we serve. KULA has many licensed occupational therapists, physical therapists, and speech-language pathologists on staff to provide needed care to the children who qualify for therapy services. And, KULA has nurses on staff to serve children with medical needs.
KULA's services also include developmental/psychological testing by a licensed psychologist, nutritional evaluations and consultations, and audiological evaluations. Our whole treatment team works together and with our patients' families to make sure each child's needs are met.
KULA typically treats children from birth to Kindergarten. However, we try to expand our services during the summer months to include elementary school-aged children with special needs. If you have a child who may benefit from our services, we would love to hear from you.

Kids Unlimited Learning Academy (KULA) is an early intervention day treatment clinic for children with special needs. Once children are referred to KULA by their primary care physicians, they must receive a developmental screening. Then, they may be scheduled for therapy evaluations at KULA or bring recent therapy evaluation reports done elsewhere. To receive Early Intervention Day Treatment habilitation services, a child must have a documented developmental disability or delay, as shown on the results of an annual comprehensive developmental evaluation and qualify for at least one therapy service. Those services include (but are not limited to) fine motor delays, sensory disorders, gross motor delays, speech-language delays, hearing disorders, feeding disorders, developmental delays, cognitive delays and medical needs.
Children are placed in treatment rooms based on their developmental needs and ages. Our treatment rooms are adequately staffed with teachers and teachers' assistants and are designed to celebrate the cultural differences of the children and families we serve. KULA has many licensed occupational therapists, physical therapists, and speech-language pathologists on staff to provide needed care to the children who qualify for therapy services. And, KULA has nurses on staff to serve children with medical needs.
KULA's services also include developmental/psychological testing by a licensed psychologist, nutritional evaluations and consultations, and audiological evaluations. Our whole treatment team works together and with our patients' families to make sure each child's needs are met.
KULA typically treats children from birth to Kindergarten. However, we try to expand our services during the summer months to include elementary school-aged children with special needs. If you have a child who may benefit from our services, we would love to hear from you.

Animal Urgent Care of Bentonville is available for urgent care pet needs Sunday through Sunday 2pm - 10pm including weekends and holidays. Due to these limited hours and direct/shared relationship with Animal Emergency and Specialty Center of NWA, located in Springdale we do not hospitalize overnight, and instead directly transfer to the AESC for continued care. All the AESC and AUC doctors have a wonderful working relationship and can be used while on shift for additional consultation on cases.
Our hospital consists of an open floor plan with an aesthetically-pleasing waiting area, 2 exam rooms with drop down exam tables, large treatment area including an exam and wet table, ample kennel space, and Doctor's office that overlooks treatment. We have an extensive pharmacy including topicals, orals, injectables and controlled.
Our state-of-the-art equipment allows for quick diagnostics results in real time such as Idexx in house bloodwork, clotting factors, CRP, complete urinalysis, and all SNAP tests (pro BNP, 4dx, Feline Triple, Giardia, Parvo, Lepto, cPL/fPL, cortisol levels etc). We also have digital xray and options for radiologist consults. We use a Vscan Air, portable handheld ultrasound probe which is excellent for tfast, afast, and cystocentesis. Our staff is well trained to read out fecals, ear cytology, etc.
