Conducting entry-level reference interviews. Assisting student patrons with research queries and strategies and citation management tools. Assisting faculty librarians with preparation for class instruction sessions. Shadowing faculty librarians during workshops and presentations. Working with faculty librarians to develop a presentation for an internship symposium/capstone. Assess needs in an academic and professional setting and tailor reference interviews to the individual. Ability to revise expectations and goals for outcomes as patrons refine research questions.
