Job Description Under the direction of center administration, the floater will execute classroom activities and help maintain a classroom environment that is developmentally appropriate and meets the individual needs of children. The floater position will move into different classrooms to help maintain the standards of the center. Classrooms may include infants, toddlers, preschool, and school age.
