    The Center for Applied Behavioral Instruction (CABI) is a growing state of the art educational program for students on the autism spectrum with accompanying behavioral difficulties. We have a unique team format consisting of a 2:1 & 1:1 student to educator ratio with a Special Education Teacher and a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) within each classroom, both not considered in ratio. Classrooms are no more than 8 students per room. Our goal is to provide a highly structured and intensive environment while building positive relationships with our students and supporting them not only educationally, but behaviorally, socially, adaptively, and emotionally. Salary range is $65,000-$75,000, commensurate with education and experience. Schedule: * The full time position is school based working from Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm for a 226 day school year. Paid Time off: * February school break week, April school break week, week of the 4th of July, and the week between Christmas and New Year's. * Paid holidays include Labor Day, Columbus Day, MLK Day, Memorial Day and Wednesday-Friday the week of Thanksgiving. * An additional 9 days of sick and personal time are also available.
