OVERVIEW
The Operations Lead is critical in the store leadership team and is responsible for driving and coaching to profitability and efficiency. The Operations Lead will work closely with the Operations & Visual Manager in initiating, delegating work, and providing feedback to the team to achieve optimal results supporting total store operations.
Operations Leader
Lead & execute inventory management processes effectively with a focus on maximizing inventory accuracy and reducing shrink
Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues, partnering with the General Manager to escalate process or system gaps
Manage execution of key operational functions including shipment, receiving and processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, intra-day sales floor replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management
Champion strong visual standards for the sales floor
Support a safe work environment and efficient operation through strong stockroom standards and processes
Business Leader
Partner with Operations & Visual Manager to manage reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, supplies, vendor relationships, technology, and facilities to ensure maintained and maximized
Demonstrate strong business acumen by leveraging metrics to support business-driving strategies
Move dynamically on the retail floor to assess and fulfill the needs of the business, team and guests
People Leader
Leads by example and inspires staff in daily operations and guest experience.
Directly oversee the Operations Associates; responsible for recruitment and development of talent
Use company performance tools to evaluate each operations associate and provide constant feedback to drive individual growth and improvement in partnership with the store leader
Business Partner
* Collaborate with Visual Lead to ensure cross-functional training, and Sales & Service Lead to ensure the business is well-executed
* Execute company-level operations-focused directives, projects and initiates, in partnership with the Operations & Visual Manager (e.g. from the SCC)
Operations Lead Qualifications:
2+ Years prior work experience in a client-centric, sales environment
Proven leadership capabilities demonstrating excellent decision making

Job Level: Associate
The Lead role is full-time and requires 32 - 40 hours per week fulfilling the job description as stated above. To build a balanced schedule that supports the needs of the business and our teams, we expect all full-time employees to have open availability and are expected to work variable shifts including peak days and weekends. All employees without exception are expected to be able to work during the company's Blackout period, from the week of American Thanksgiving (including Black Friday and Thanksgiving weekend) through the end of the holiday season (the 1st week of January).

The Company's Lead base pay ranges from $19.00- $23.00/ hour in Minnetonka, MN. Please also note, Leads are eligible to participate in the Company's Monthly Store Incentive bonus program, which may result in bringing the total compensation to a higher range. Further, the range listed is just one component of the Company's total rewards package for retail employees. Core Duties and Responsibilities

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Tax Supervisor supports the Director of Tax in all aspects of tax operations and oversees matters related to the company and its owners. Ensure compliance with quarterly estimated payments, information reporting, and other tax authority requirements.
Conduct tax research and support planning for owners, including estate planning and Section 42 (Affordable Housing), Section 1031 transactions, and alternative investments.
Coordinate responses to tax notices and interact with external CPA firms and consultants as needed.
Review financial waterfalls for sales, refinances, and re-syndications; oversee related fund movements.
Provide timely updates to the Tax Director, CFO, and ownership on tax status and projects.
Perform other duties or projects as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field (required); CPA strongly preferred
Minimum 4 years of accounting experience

The Patient Care Supervisor manages and evaluates aspects of patient care delivery, including staff resources, productivity, patient safety, and care quality. Will work variable shifts, as needed to complete responsibilities and meet the needs of the patient care unit. This position will assist in identification of goals and has shared responsibility with the Manager and Director for process improvements on the unit/department. Required Qualifications:

Qualifications
Education and Experience:
3+ years in manufacturing supervision (assembly/production environment).
Hands-on scheduling and labor planning; ERP/MES proficiency (e.g., job dispatching, transactions, move/close).
High School Diploma or GED.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with others.
Self-starter who has managed processes and people.
Experience with manufacturing, materials, and planning, preferably with an integrated team.
Passionate with team building and growing a manufacturing business.
Physical Requirements / Work Conditions:
General desk work; lift 50 lbs.

Job Position Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Gear Manufacturing Supervisor to lead daily operations in our gear production department. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong technical knowledge of gear machining processes, a commitment to quality, and a passion for developing high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate activities of gear machinists, CNC operators, and production staff
Oversee setup, operation, and troubleshooting of gear manufacturing equipment (e.g., gear hobbing, shaping, grinding, CNC machines)
Ensure production goals are met in safety, quality, cost, and delivery
Train and mentor employees on equipment, processes, and best practices
Maintain compliance with ISO/AS quality standards and internal procedures
Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams on continuous improvement initiatives
Monitor workflow, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions
Conduct performance evaluations and contribute to staffing decisions
Qualifications
5-10+ years of experience in gear manufacturing or precision machining
Previous leadership or supervisory experience required
Strong understanding of gear types, measurement tools, and machining processes
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and process documentation
Proven problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
Commitment to workplace safety and lean manufacturing principles
The salary range for this position is $72K-$92K annually, based on experience.
