Job Overview

Job Overview:
Roasting TeamMembers work in a warehouse environment and manufacture all coffee products after the coffee is roasted. This includes but is not limited to blending, bagging, boxing, and shipping coffee. This job requires endurance and consistency throughout the work day. TeamMembers generally work Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.; however, these hours can vary on lighter or heavier production days. Successful teammembers are physically able to meet the demands of the job, be punctual and resourceful. Teammembers are also engaged in our business by contributing to meetings and goal setting and by building their coffee knowledge and skill sets.
Regarding the work environment: the warehouse has some climate control features but is heavily influenced by the environment; therefore, it can be hot in the summer and cold in the winter. The candidate must be able to multitask and perform effectively with frequent and varied distractions in a noisy environment.
Position requires possession of a valid US driver's license.
Job Duties:
Receiving green coffee shipments and storing in logical, appropriate bays of warehouse.
Pulling green coffee and loading roasters.

Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production.
