Salary Range
The anticipated base salary range for this position is between $106,000 and $127,000. Base salary ranges may vary by geographic location and relevant experience, education, certifications, and seniority as compared to others doing substantially similar work. There is no guarantee an offer will be at the top of the posted range based on the salary analysis.

Be the first line of defense for subbing.
Ensure proper usage, maintenance, and reporting of equipment and technology, including TVs, audio, and apps.
Partner with Tech and Senior Manager, Studio Talent to troubleshoot or escalate any tech or equipment issues.
Support cleanliness and floor readiness by ensuring trainers uphold studio standards.
Support trainers and studios for corporate or community events.
Act as on-ground leadership liaison when events require local trainer coordination.

What You Bring
8+ years of experience in talentacquisition, including leadership or management experience.
Proven success in full-cycle and leadership recruitment, employer branding, and digital talent attraction.
Deep knowledge of workforce planning, talent pipelines, and DEI-centered hiring practices.
Expertise in sourcing strategies, digital channels, and emerging HR tech.
Strong capability with ATS systems, recruiting analytics, and KPI dashboard development.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder partnership skills.
Ability to travel across Goodwill's worksites as needed.
Valid Texas driver's license and acceptable driving record.
Physical Requirements
Ability to sit for extended periods and work at a computer.
