What You'll Do: Supervise and interact with Pre-K to Fourth Grade students (Lower School) or Middle School students during after-school hours (3:00 PM - 5:15 PM). Plan and deliver engaging activities like arts and crafts, outdoor play, and themed projects that explore seasons, cultures, and more. Provide homework help and assist students as they transition to activities such as music lessons, tutoring, or dance classes. Partner with families by maintaining approachable and supportive communication. Oversee and mentor Upper School student assistants, fostering their leadership skills. Program Details: The program follows Berwick Academy's academic year calendar, running Monday through Friday from 3:05 PM to 5:15 PM.
