This includes sitting and interacting with children during free time, structured time and at meal times. Assist children to be self-reliant modeling appropriate communication and personal hygiene. (i.e., brushing teeth after snack). Use positive approach to help guide children's behavior constructively; using re-direction, role modeling, planning for transitions, and setting developmentally appropriate expectations to encourage appropriate behavior and social skills. Report to the Teacher any special needs or problems of individual children or any cases of suspected child abuse or neglect. Document any concerns or problems with the children.
