Key job responsibilities
This position, based within our Order to Cash & Revenue Reporting team, will support all four functions, which has team members globally in the Americas, EMEA, and Asia Pacific regions. Primary responsibilities include:
* Own day-to-day team execution and manage workflows to identify operational tasks across the global teams.
* Act as primary escalation point for the team on complex or ambiguous issues.
* Oversee and have understanding of the full contract to revenue lifecycle and scale O2C and Revenue Reporting capabilities. This includes process improvement, streamlining and standardizing billing processes globally across various system, advancing billing automation and partner on-boarding.
* Invent new ways to define and measure program effectiveness and organizational productivity and KPI's.
* Be a liaise for the team between Sales, Legal, Finance, Tax, Accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and contracting team to ensure smooth mechanisms for enablement and align with internal policies.
* Coordinate with teams across Leadership, Business Operations, Finance, Accounting, Tax, Legal, HR, and IT to ensure that the Standard Operations Procedures are followed and implemented.
* Serve as a functional lead to translate business needs into technical requirements for system teams.
* Coordinate with the team to troubleshoot and perform UAT and PVT testing cross-systems as part of market expansions, system migrations and troubleshooting.
* Partner with Sales and Business Strategy teams to provide subject matter expertise offering guidance on best practices and system usage.
* Monitor the accuracy of revenue recognition and support month-end timeline by partnering with Accounting, Business Operations & Advisory and Delivery teams for input completeness.
* Own the monthly business review and KPI updates.
* Lead special projects with the team to drive improvements and integrations across Professional Services Operations and partnering business teams.
* Perform ad hoc, deep dive analysis as needed to develop recommendations and impact the decision-making of Professional Services Leadership.

Position Summary
As the Maintenance Lead for the maintenance department, you will be responsible for the maintenance, inspection, and troubleshooting of Airframe and Powerplant systems aircraft, reporting to the Director of Maintenance in the accomplishment of functions supporting Close Air Support flights. The ideal candidate is a technically astute, disciplined, and team-oriented professional with extensive aircraft maintenance leadership experience. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to lead and mentor a skilled maintenance team in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment. Flexibility is essential, as cross-training and additional duties may be assigned at leadership's discretion to meet evolving mission demands.
Requirements
Maintain the premises in a clean and organized manner
Schedule and supervise all maintenance tasks
Provide accurate aircraft flight hours, weapons and fuel expended to the site Program Manager
Establish a planned maintenance flow that balances mission accomplishment and scheduled maintenance
Track and approve maintenance PTO requests and timesheets
Perform routine support equipment inspections and maintain and perform necessary corrective actions to include unscheduled maintenance
Ensure safe operation and maintenance of all assigned ground support equipment
Procure all appropriate tools and equipment required to complete assignments
Enforce and follow all company, OSHA and customer safety regulations
Record all inspection/maintenance actions using logbooks, computer terminals or other means as required
Enforce and follow all safety procedures and practices as established by the Company
Repair, rework and replace components or parts of CFSE to ensure proper operation
Assure that all required forms and documents are properly filled in and signed after maintenance work completion
Assemble and install electrical, avionic, mechanical, hydraulic, structural components and accessories using hand tools and power tools
Remove and/or install aircraft components, test IAW MM, and troubleshoot aircraft systems
Repair, replace and rebuild aircraft structures, systems, and functional components
Service, repair, troubleshoot and modify aircraft and aircraft engines
Perform storage and shipment requirements on engines and support equipment to include documentation
Load and download aircraft weapons systems
Have or have the ability to obtain a secret clearance.

Under the direction of the Director of the Regional Warehouses, the Distribution Site Leader oversees all operations within a distribution site, including inbound/outbound logistics, inventory accuracy, workforce leadership, safety compliance, and performance improvement. Responsible for meeting service level objectives, optimizing operational efficiency, developing teams, managing budgets, and ensuring a safe and productive environment.
Responsibilities
* Works closely with the operations management team to oversee and adjust the organization's processes and operations as necessary to ensure efficient and effective execution of policies and procedures
* Provides operational guidance in analyzing and appraising the effectiveness of organizational operations
* Evaluates operating results to ensure that organizational growth and objectives are being met
* Participate in the planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of key business and performance goals, short and long-term strategic planning and objectives, plans, budgets, programs, and policies
* Works closely with sales teams (inside and outside sales teams) and the operations teams
* Maintain the cost and productivity goals of all departments within the facility as defined by management
* Development, implementation, and management of a "best in class" strategy, including operational process and technology applications
* Responsible for maintaining inventories within departments
* Develop staffing to produce the necessary production
* Responsible for analysis, savings/cost opportunity analysis, and the implementation and management of cost analysis measurements
* Ensure timely submission of operational monthly reporting and operational projects
* Responsible for ensuring that the department implements and follows all required safety standards and practices
Management:
* Engages in the typical responsibilities of a manager, requiring planning, evaluating, organizing, integrating, and controlling.
* Fosters an environment that promotes personal development within the return/refurb department, high morale amongst the entire team, and personally sets the example for development of the team.
Supervisory:
* Responsible for staffing, terminations, disciplinary actions, training, and developing subordinates
* Responsible for completing adequate performance documentation on time
* Responsible for ensuring the accuracy of timecards and approving them in a timely manner
* Other projects as needed
Requirements
Education:
* Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business or related field
Experience:
* 5 + years of distribution, logistics, or warehouse operations experience
* 3+ years leading a team in a high-volume distribution environment
* Proven track record in safety management, productivity improvement, and operational excellence.

Overview
The International Operations Supervisor, is responsible for performance management and professional development of the International department. The International Operations Supervisor, will be responsible for training and developing employees; assigning work to others and a resource to the employees. Manage relationships with international service providers and partners throughout the globe being the liaison for the international vendors to manage shipment bookings, ensuring timely transfers from logistics providers' warehouses and onward to final destinations, as appropriate.
Responsibilities
* Supervise staff assignment distribution, reporting and absences
* Monitor staff overtime and schedules
* Maintain and ensure safety culture and quality standards
* Execute all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), KPI's, trainings, and all other assignments
* Provide leadership and management of the international accounts
* Conduct quarterly audits and reviews with all direct reports
* Set employee goals, ensuring conformity to company standards and ensuring high standards from their employees and division
* Conduct New-Hire training for all new employees
* Develop the skills and competence of staff through training, coaching and on the job development
* Responsible for the operation of the office when the manager is absent
* All other duties as assigned
Qualifications
* Associates Degree related field or equivalent to 7 years in industry
* 5-7 years' work experience in International Freight Forwarding industry
* Minimum of 1-2 years in a supervisory position
* IATA certified, DG certification desired
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and Internet Explorer
* Ability to handle conflicts with positive resolution
* Strong oral and written communication skills
* Ability to work flexible hours and in a high-volume, high-pressure fast work environment
* High standards in quality and service level agreements
