Network Administrator and IT Support for a locally owned bank holding company with two separately chartered banks in the Pensacola area. The position's primary location is The Warrington Bank's 4410 W. Fairfield Drive branch in Pensacola.
Please note this is Not an entry level position. Direct and relevant work experience is required. This is a full time in-office position.
First priority of the position is end user support keeping front line staff productive. Application troubleshooting, network and connectivity troubleshooting, account lockouts, application installation, workstation replacements and setups, etc.
Second priority, which accounts for the majority of time and tasks, is to assist the Information Security Officer with server and infrastructure maintenance, firewall administration, development and maintenance of policies and procedures, vulnerability management and remediation, internal audit, and general oversight of the IT environment.
There is considerable room for growth and professional advancement in this position. Banking is a highly regulated, high tech, high security industry, with frequent systems implementations and migrations - there are always new skills and systems.
This position reports directly to senior management.
All duties require the applicant to be comfortable working in an environment that stresses dual control and secondary review at all levels.
Salaried with weekly pay. Mon-Thu 8:30AM-4:30PM, Fri to 5:00PM. Paid Federal holidays. Evening and weekend tasks are uncommon but occasionally necessary.

Summary/Objective:
This position shall serve as functional expert in Instructional Systems Design to support CIWT's development and maintenance of its testing programs, independently review testing program materials for compliance with NETC NAVEDTRA (132 series), CIWT-specific guidelines, and meet industry best practices, as well as maintaining all required written directives, documentation, reports, briefing materials, meeting minutes, and other materials.
Essential Functions:
Serve as functional expert in Instructional Systems Design to support CIWT's development and maintenance of its testing programs
Identify testing program deficiencies based on NETC and CIWT instructions and processes
Partner with course officials to identify deficiencies and provide recommended solutions
Ensure that testing products are developed per NETC and CIWT standards
Perform quality assurance reviews (e.g., ensure question stem is instructionally and grammatically sound and distracters are plausible; performance grading instruments are free from subjectivity; etc.)
Perform final review of all products (e.g., Testing Plan, tests, TAGs) submitted for the Testing Officer's approval and/or signature
Assist with tracking courses to provide current status to command leadership
Assist with developing tests in the QMP assessment management system
Initiate, submit, update, mand maintain all required written directives, documentation, reports, briefing materials, meeting minutes, and other materials, as described, in the requested format, without spelling, grammatical, calculation, or technical errors, in accordance with directives.

This is a
Computer Field Technician Position
doing hardware repairs and installations on laptop and desktop units. To be successful in this position,
you must have prior experience with laptop and desktop hardware.
Job Details:
This is a 1099/per call position
Pay is based solely on the number of calls completed.
Calls start at $35 and go up based on distance traveled
Pay period: Every Friday after the first week worked
Tickets are run Monday-Friday during the day shift. Candidates must be regularly available a minimum of 3 weekdays to be considered.
Call volume is variable but is usually 2-5 calls per day
You will complete certifications from Dell and Lenovo as part of your onboarding. Certifications are online and free to you.
You must have a reliable form of transportation and a valid driver's license to run these calls. You will be visiting multiple work sites throughout your day.
You must have access to a computer and the Internet to log onto your portal each day.
You must be available to log into your tech portal each morning you are working by 9 am to code your calls and map out your route for the day.
The manufacturer has completed troubleshooting and shipped a part prior to your ticket being issued to you.
You will confirm service times with the customer in your tech portal. Services will be completed at the customer site (residential and commercial)
You will pick up parts daily from the assigned Fed Ex or UPS store for your territory before going onsite. Once all calls are completed for the day drop off the old parts with the pre-paid label that is provided.
Qualifications
Must have prior hands on experience with replacing components on laptops and desktops
Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Must be comfortable with daily local travel

Job Description: JBW Federal is seeking a Client Systems Technician with cyber and/or information technology duties and experience to support the 39th Information Operations Squadron (39 IOS) from Hurlburt Field, FL, Joint Base San Antonio, TX or Keesler AFB, MS.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform Token Agent duties including, but not limited to: issuing, resetting Personal Identification Numbers (PIN), logging in with them regularly to keep them active, asset tracking, auditing as well as creating, deleting, modifying and documenting user accounts using AF, base, and unit policies.
Install, troubleshoot, and maintain hardware including but not limited to: Keyboards, Mice, Cameras, Microphones, Hard Drives, Random Access Memory (RAM), Network Interface Cards (NIC), Power Supplies, Video Cards, and Sound Cards.
Install, troubleshoot, and maintain software including, but not limited to: Unified Extensible Firmware Interface (UEFI), Basic Input Output System (BIOS), Operating Systems, System Images, IP Address Configurations, Drivers, and Client Software.
Configure security settings including but not limited to: industry best practices and DoD standards You will perform Vulnerability Management including, but not limited to: installing anti-virus software, updating virus definitions, and ensuring security patches are installed.

Provide telephone support by installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining mobile devices including, but not limited to: cell phones and tablets as well as creating and revising user instructions, procedures, manuals and training users in procedures they can perform themselves.
Coordinate warranty and depot repair with the appropriate vendors.
Create scripts to automate tasks and technical documentation for routine work tasks including but not limited to: PowerShell and Bash.
Create and maintain documentation for all installs and changes including but not limited to the Workstation Layout along with inspecting equipment for Quality Control for each installation and maintenance repair.
Maintain Uninterruptable Power Systems (UPS) at customer desks which involves, but is not limited to: monitoring the unit, removing and replacing batteries, removing and replacing the whole unit.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or Approved Equivalent Experience
6 years of cyber and/or information technology duties and experience
Understanding system administration concepts and methodologies at the associate level with knowledge equivalent to: CompTIA Security+, CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Endpoint Administrator Associate, or similar certifications
IAT/M Level III Certification.
Ability to travel CONUS and OCONUS Occasionally. Must have a current passport or able to acquire within the first 60 days of employment

PC Technician
Performs a variety of services in support of end users and/or missions for the various components and commands residing at the locations assigned and as directed by leadership.
Manages and provides day-to-day support for End User Devices that provide local or remote access, whether using wired or wireless connectivity.
Oversees Jr technicians; provides status of ongoing technical initiatives.
Provides troubleshooting and resolves technical issues.

Qualifications
Education & Experience: High school diploma with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience, 4 years experience with Associate's, OR 2 years experience with Bachelor's.
Security Clearance: Active DoD TS/SCI clearance or higher is required.
Technical Experience: At least one (1) year of prior experience as a PC Technician or Help Desk Specialist.
Certifications: Must hold a DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level II certification.
Experience with Windows OS, O365 suite of applications, basic multimedia systems, multi-functional devices, and mobile devices.
Experience in hardware and software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting, along with strong problem-solving and customer service skills.

Target Salary Range $51,000 - $82,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position.
