Responsibilities
* Ensure Safety First is executed at workplace and always promote safety.
* Troubleshoot and repair different types of manufacturing equipment.
* Perform preventive maintenance activities in manufacturing / utilities equipment.
* Assure all equipment and infrastructure, and any other elements impacting a safe work environment are always in top operational conditions.
* Maintenance, repair, and upgrading of the existing facility and equipment.
* Support internal customers by responding to repair calls and resolving problems using appropriate equipment and procedures.
* Perform general facilities work and repair tasks such as painting, carpentry, drywall, etc.
* Complete installations and repairs that may involve such skills as electrical, mechanical, HVAC and plumbing.
* Use assorted tools and equipment to construct, renovate and maintain facilities.
* Instruct others in the use of various types of office and maintenance equipment and tools.
* Comply with safety, building, security and environmental codes and regulations.
Minimum Requirements
* Education/experience typically acquired through basic education (e.g. High School diploma/GED) and typically 4 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent
combination of education and experience (e.g. vocational school/Associate+2 years' related work, Bachelor, etc.).
* Excellent inter-personal skills, organization skills, and strong analytical ability.
* Excellent communication skills - oral and written.
* General knowledge and use of basic hand tools.
* Must be able to use computer systems to enter and modify data.
* Desire and aptitude to work in a creative and innovative environment.
* Willing to work safely and obey all safety regulations at all times.
* A valid US driver license is required.
* Must be a US person.
Preferred Requirements
* Multi-craft maintenance experience preferred.
* 2-years or more of formal education in Industrial Maintenance or similar trade certification.
* At least 3 years of related work experience in Facilities, Maintenance, and/or in an Industrial workplace to include 480V, PLC, and electronic calibration experience.
* Strong experience in mechanical and electrical systems maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs.
Physical Requirements
* Willingness to work occasional overtime and /or float shifts temporarily to support site needs.
* Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and wear proper PPE.
* Lift and transport objects up to 35 pounds; consistently stand, stoop, crawl, bend, crouch, climb, and kneel.

Responsibilities The Field Service Technician:
Travels to Levy locations via field service truck or air
Performs inspections of mobile equipment
Operates and inspects equipment to assess equipment malfunctions
Uses computerized diagnostic system to assist with the identification of malfunctions (CAT ET, Cummings)
Makes recommendations for process to repair equipment and parts to be ordered
Participates in the training and development of less skilled mechanics
Operates and maintains field service truck
Dismantles and reassembles heavy equipment to gain access to areas of concern
Examines part for excessive wear and determines reusability
Repairs, replaces, cleans and lubricates parts and components as necessary
Diagnoses and repairs hydraulic systems, electrical systems and mechanical systems
Welds, cuts and fabricates equipment and components
Completes maintenance check list and tests repaired equipment to ensure accurate completion of repair
Makes recommendations for equipment to be repaired by outside sources when necessary
Maintains records and reporting

Your challenges:
* Apply the basic techniques and procedures of electrical installation.
* Read and follow detailed plans, diagrams and different standards in the fabrication of wire harnesses and electrical components.
* Lay-in route wires on form board, tying, lacing and apply appropriate anti-chaff protection.
