Manages access for MHS staff for online systems related to the electronic drawing system. 18. Develop space test fits, blocking diagrams, and early-stage conceptual plans that explore multiple layout options. 19. Translate meeting notes, stakeholder feedback, and functional requirements into clear visual plans that support decision-making. 20. Work collaboratively with project managers to refine layouts, explore alternatives, and adjust plans based on clinical workflows, building infrastructure, equipment needs, and regulatory guidelines. 21. Runs EKG's, Teletrace, and Device Clinic Demonstrates specific device competencies including but not limited to education of reprogramming pacemakers and defibrillators for Boston Scientific, Medtronic and St. Jude. Supports increased customer service score. Establishes a Device clinic with the Electrophysiologist for all patients within DMH that need device interrogations and reprogramming. Prioritizes work; schedules procedures; maintains equipment and supplies; maintains Teletrace and Device Schedules. Completes continuing education hours for Device Interrogations. Essential Functions Coordinate with the Technicians regarding work priorities for the department Coordinate all work instructions with the Technicians, including machine setup, material needs, downstream needs, packaging etc., to maintain machine efficiency Set parameters for the machines by following the set-up procedure sheet.
