About the Role NSA is hiring a Field Service Technician who will be part of a fast-paced on-site maintenance and field service team. You will install, wire, connect, calibrate, analyze, troubleshoot, and maintain automated traffic enforcement systems, field WAN networks and surveillance equipment. Also, you will perform installations and maintenance of retail assets and IoT solutions such as digital signage displays, digital kiosks, and POS Systems. You will document, upgrade hardware and software systems as needed. You will be traveling independently to cities where you will work with subcontractors and engineering staff to install and maintain enforcement systems and retail assets in the field.
