Job Summary

Position Summary
The Facilities Technician is responsible for assisting the Operations Manager or Manager on Duty with the implementation of safety plans, operating standards and guidelines, troubleshooting, repairs, and performing preventative maintenance required to maintain the physical assets of the property.
Responsibilities

Groundskeeper/Landscaping duties; Maintaining and operating sprinkler system, fertilizing and mowing of grass, cutting weeds, picking up trash throughout hotel property.
Snow Removal; Operating snow plow (training is required, as well as Driver's License and Fleet Eligible), removing snow into designated areas, applying ice melt to walkways.
