Summer projects may include the following responsibilities:

**Start Date:** This internship is set to begin on either May 11th or June 15th, 2026 for a duration of 10-12 weeks - dependent upon student availability per academic calendars.
**Compensation & Relocation:** Our undergraduate Marketing internships offer an hourly rate between $18.50 - $24.50 dependent upon the location you are supporting (aligned to respective cost-of-living guidelines). Additionally, a relocation stipend is offered in the amount of $5,000 if necessary. Student must be located 50+ miles away from the physical location of the internship to be eligible for the relocation stipend.

How Will You Make an Impact?:
The Equipment Operator, Print and Auto Inspection role plays a crucial part in ensuring smooth clinical label manufacturing processes by computerizing (print) variable/static text on labels using niche automated inspection inkjet equipment within a team that is dynamic and fast-paced.
A Day in the Life:
Demonstrates a solid understanding of the label manufacturing process of a wide array of label constructions using both automated and non-automated inkjet equipment following client-approved proofs and associated documents to manufacture labels per established specifications.
Sets up computerization production runs using the proprietary software application CLPS, as per department Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WIs) while monitoring all label production processing for accuracy and completeness by applying current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) in all areas of responsibility safely and efficiently.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience:
Required: Minimum of 2 years of work experience in a manufacturing, operations, production, lab setting or related field.
Preferred: Experience in a cGMP environment.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
Knowledge and experience in the printing or manufacturing industry with proficiency in computer operations of transferring data, MS excel and outlook, file management, are required.
Candidates should be mechanically inclined with the ability to accurately read measurements, troubleshoot issues, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify potential solutions associated with various label constructions, skills in handling fanfold and rolled materials, performing roll splicing using manual equipment, and operating computerized digital inkjet equipment are also important

+ Develop relationships with landscapers and municipalities. These relationships will be used to show and demo new products and to assist in key learnings for future product development.
+ Spend 75% plus of time with end customers.
+ Involvement with state landscaper, municipal, grounds management associations.
+ Execution of all parts of the in-field prototype testing of new products from setting up the proper customer to the feedback loop.
+ Provide accurate and timely information about field issues to product management and service teams.
+ Lead training efforts with field team as well as dealers at large training events or at large Pro dealers in Pro business categories. Dealers that know and are confident in our product have a better chance for growth and success.
+ Input all required data into Salesforce. This will be an ongoing effort but is vital to capturing and using proper data.
+ Assist field team and dealers in service, parts and product availability issues. PDM's must be the point person for anything having to do with the Pro business.
+ Identify and communicate marketing needs to Professional Marketing Manager.
+ Understand the competitive landscape within your region. PDM should be the expert for everything Pro for that region knowing the major competitive brands and programs to assist in closing business and training our product.

+ Provide advanced process tuning for Boiler or BOP processes.
+ Work with plant operations teams, while at site, to ensure effective tuning of plant processes for optimized productivity of steam and electricity.

+ Generate and store tuning reports for all site tuning.
+ Work with stimulation group to startup and tune high fidelity systems for different customer units.

+ Provide project management on large projects during installation, start-up, or where it is required to supervise our subcontractors (such as system installers).
+ Provide recommendations for hiring of Field Engineers and participate in interviews, performance evaluations, etc.
+ Analyze, investigate, and resolve customer warranty and policy claims. This requires an in-depth knowledge of the obligations and restrictions set forth by warranties and policies so that claims can be settled promptly and efficiently.

Job Summary
Responsible for planning, layout, installing, maintaining the installation and maintenance of such equipment as: boilers, test equipment, sprinkler systems, plumbing, production machinery, washroom equipment, material handling equipment, etc.
A Day in the Life
* Plumbing: responsible for the layout, installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing, sprinkler systems, air and steam lines and washroom equipment.
* Heating: responsible for all boiler room and plant heating equipment including installation, repairing and maintaining of oil burners, stokers, air compressors, mixing valves, etc.
* Electrical: tasked with the component of all equipment installation covering moving, securing, initial leveling (aid in detailed leveling), and all plumbing hydraulic and hydrostatic operations connected to the setup, repairing, and maintenance responsibilities.
* Equipment Management: accountable for setting up, fixing, and upkeeping all equipment used for handling materials, such as elevators, conveyors, hoists, and more.
* General: to consult and guide any employees on the work vital to the carrying out of the above duties. To uphold all crucial documentation needed for the aforementioned responsibilities. To make periodic inspection of all the above equipment.
* Will assist other department members (in any classification) as needed to insure safety and improve output. Assist in the training of other employees as vital.
* Will assist in change over and setup on production lane and equipment to the best of the individual's ability. Performs various production operations including the operating of multiple machines, where it can be done safely and fills in on positions throughout manufacturing operations as required.
Education
HS Diploma or GED is required.
Experience
* 3+ years of manufacturing mechanical maintenance or industrial mechanical maintenance experience is required.
* Preferred the use of sophisticated shop math and complicated drawings. Apprenticeship in Maintenance skilled craft preferred.

Compensation and Benefits
The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in Connecticut is $28.16-$42.24.

**DESCRIPTION** :
The Cycle Counter is responsible for performing scheduled inventory counts and reconciling discrepancies within a manufacturing facility. This role ensures inventory accuracy for raw materials, work-in-progress (WIP), and finished goods, supporting production efficiency and minimizing downtime due to stock variances.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform regular cycle counts of raw materials, components, WIP, and finished goods
- Verify inventory accuracy by comparing physical counts to ERP system records (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Epicor)
- Investigate inventory discrepancies and collaborate with production, receiving, and shipping teams to identify root causes
- Document count results and report issues to Inventory Control or Production Planning
- Assist with adjustments and transactions in the ERP system as directed
- Ensure parts and materials are stored in correct locations and properly labeled
- Support full physical inventories during scheduled shutdowns or audits
- Adhere to safety and quality standards while working in production and warehouse areas
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners in accordance with safety guidelines
- Communicate proactively with production and warehouse teams to minimize disruptions

Inspector Tech

POSITION SUMMARY:
With minimum guidance in a team environment, using independent judgement to determine quality and usability, responsible for a wide variety of complex inspection requirements.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsibilities may include some or all of the following:
Maintain accurate and up‐to‐date acceptance and rejection records and/or certifications systems as required by the applicable specifications.
Determine acceptance or rejection after inspection and/or calibration of parts, tools, instruments or x‐ray film. Identify defective conditions and test failures and prepare all appropriate documentation and/or calibration history.
INSPECTION
* Perform inspection on complex parts using a wide variety of measuring and test equipment.
* Adapt and develop complex inspection set‐ups to check sample parts, forgings and castings. Check tool and jig layouts.
* Perform first article and envelope inspections, source inspections, and/or complex surface plate set‐ups.
* Interpret specifications, charts, manuals and other data to arrive at acceptance or rejection. Recommend changes to supervision.
* Use mathematics to convert blueprint dimension and tolerances.
* Work within the guidelines of drawings, schematics, blueprints, route sheets, travelers, quality directives, technical engineering specifications, customer's requirements and military standards.
* Layout all component part characteristics onto rough or semi‐machined castings, forgings and machine parts to maintain control of machining cycle during manufacturing.
* Make own gaging set‐ups on surface plate using block, parallels, clamps, sine plates and V‐blocks to take readings with precision measuring instruments.
* Adapt inspection equipment to check standard, non‐standard and special products.
* Investigate cause of customer return failures.
* Perform inspections to applicable specifications within assembly, test and shipping departments. Assist customer/government source inspectors as necessary.
CALIBRATION
* Perform calibration on complex multi‐function electronic measuring and test equipment.
* Set‐up calibration test conditions having various circuit requirements interpreting calibration procedures, specifications, manufacturer's instructions, or related documents.
* Ability to interpret drawings and electronic schematics.
* Document and evaluate historical data to determine calibration intervals. Diagnose and calibrate newly acquired complex electronic equipment.
NONDESTRUCTIVE TEST
* Perform daily, weekly and monthly equipment and material checks. Perform pre‐inspection and post‐inspection cleaning.
* Set‐up equipment and conduct tests.
* Interpret, evaluate and document inspection results in accordance with approved procedures.
* Perform complete inspections in accordance with applicable specifications, standards and other contractual documents.
* Operate X‐ray equipment and film processor.
* Select the method and technique to be used for a specific inspection.
* Prepare and verify the adequacy of inspection procedures.
* Approve procedures, specifications, standards and other written documents that control the inspection.
* Conduct or direct the training and examination of Level I, II and III personnel.
* Observe all prescribed safety rules and regulations and maintain a FOD free work area.
* Perform other related responsibilities.
Job Requirements:
* Five years related inspection experience or demonstrated ability to perform described responsibilities.
* Knowledge of applicable military standards or specifications.
* May be required to be certified as a Level II Nondestructive Test Inspector in at least three disciplines
or as a Level III Examiner in at least one discipline. Certification must be in accordance with MIL‐STD‐410 and PES1‐29.
* Required experience in CMM operations, background in dimensioning and tolerancing per ANSI Y 14.5.
* Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, customer's specifications and internal drawings and procedures.
* Thorough knowledge of machine shop mathematics including trigonometry.
* Knowledge of electro‐hydraulic servo systems and the computer IEEE systems.
* May be required to lift up to 50 lbs.
* Must demonstrate effective verbal, written and communication skills. Ability to work effectively with others and be a participative team player

What You'll Do
Assist in the design, development, optimization and deployment of backend services for IoT applications.

Qualifications
