- Load and unload shipments for delivery.

- Scan information on airbills and manifests.

**Job Description:**
The Plant Engineering Maintenance Helper plays a key role in assisting with a wide variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of a UPS package handling facility. This position involves working in a fast-paced environment and requires frequent interaction with maintenance mechanics and other Hub team members. The ideal candidate **must have** basic electrical or mechanical skills, **manual or electrical forklift experience** (forklift certified a plus). A strong work ethic and mechanical aptitude are essential for success in this role.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Will be responsible for tracking over 1,000 parts with their associated part numbers. This will be performed via a Maintenance Parts Inventory system
+ Parts ordering.
+ Receive Unleaded and Diesel Fuel Deliveries and perform necessary readings and inspections.
+ Occasionally assist mechanics in relevant jobs.
+ Re-lamp lights throughout facility as required.
+ Ensuring the facility maintains numerous compliance tasks.
+ Receive deliveries and move facility goods and parts
**Basic Qualification:**
+ Basic electrical or mechanical knowledge
+ Both manual and electric forklifts - forklift certification is a plus
+ Basic computer skills

+ Good interpersonal communication skills to coordinate work with both management and hourly employees

**Job Description:**
**Job Purpose:**
The Transport and Dispatch Supervisor will ensure efficient transportation of shipments through our Vehicle fleet and local agent network to comply with the company and customer requirements, maintaining safety and quality standards.
**Main Duties and Responsibilities:**
+ Coordinate collections, deliveries, drop offs and recoveries with other departments/Marken Offices/Agent and drivers
+ Maintain constant communication with Packaging Team to ensure availability of required supplies for collections, deliveries, drop offs and recoveries
+ Condition the shipments as required
+ Create the applicable Route Legs depending on the service
+ Provide the proper documentation to the agent/Marken Driver for collections, deliveries, drop offs and recoveries
+ Track every shipment using the Maestro Wiki report designed for Dispatch
+ Confirm that every recovery is complete by matching the information against the manifest during reception process
+ Ensure that the Agent/Marken driver is updating the information in the system through the mobile app (XMaestro)
+ Provide periodical inspection to the vehicles to confirm that they are in proper conditions
+ For NFO shipments provide expedited dispatch to tender the shipments immediately after collection and alert the receiving agent/office
+ Notify any discrepancies to the respective department, agent or Marken Office and update Maestro accordingly
**Qualifications:**
+ Experience with airfreight operations, import/export operations and related regulatory requirements (TSA, US CBP, FDA etc)
+ Proven work experience as a dispatch lead or supervisor
+ The ideal candidate has experience from working in a GDP environment
+ Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives
+ Leadership skills and ability to manage staff
+ Strong decision making and problem-solving skills
+ Strong attention to detail and truly cares about quality
+ Excellent communication skills
**Working Conditions:**
Flexibility in working hours.
**Physical Requirements:**
Sitting and standing for periods of time. Lifting is restricted to < 50 lbs.
