Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Logistics and Materials Warehouse Manager to oversee the receipt, storage, and movement of raw materials, components, and finished goods within the warehouse. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the smooth operation of production by managing material availability, inventory accuracy, and integration with SAP and MES systems. Requirements: Key Responsibilities: · Manage all warehouse operations related to material handling, storage, issuance, and staging for production. · Oversee inventory management processes using SAP and ensure accurate stock levels, timely transactions, and proper documentation. · Coordinate with production and planning teams through MES to ensure materials are delivered in a timely and accurate manner to support manufacturing schedules. · Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards (OSHA, ISO, etc.). · Supervise and train warehouse staff, assign duties, and monitor performance and productivity. · Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for material handling and storage. · Monitor and improve warehouse KPIs such as inventory accuracy, cycle count compliance, receiving lead times, and space utilization. · Lead continuous improvement initiatives related to warehouse layout, material flow, and automation opportunities. · Collaborate with procurement, quality, and production teams to resolve material issues or discrepancies. · Oversee logistics for internal and external material movement, including coordination with transportation providers. Qualifications: · Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field preferred. · 5+ years of experience in warehouse or materials management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. · Hands-on experience with SAP and MES in a manufacturing environment. · Strong understanding of inventory control principles and material flow in production settings. · Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). · Forklift certification and familiarity with warehouse equipment. · Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. · Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
