Compensation and Benefits:

What you bring to the table... (Required Skills)
Bachelor's Degree in Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
6+ years of experience in brand and packaging design, preferably in consumer goods
Package design experience with CPG brands is required
Strong design strategy and execution skills-balancing creative vision with business objectives
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and other industry-standard design tools
Experience in artwork production & pre-press for high-quality output across formats
Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills to communicate design rationale
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Compensation and Benefits:
The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between
$80,300-$115,500
Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment. Design and develop hardlines décor products, including animatronics, masks, props, weapons, and Halloween home décor-from concept through final artwork.
