Interns will use design software, collaborate with the Creative Director and Senior Designers on concepts, and incorporate feedback. Our full time 2026 Summer Internship Program is a paid nine-week experience (June 1st, 2026 - July 31st, 2026). You will be responsible for completing assigned tasks from your manager, as well as leading a comprehensive, summer-long project. The results of your project will be presented to your team at the end of the summer. Throughout the program, you'll also participate in personal and professional development sessions, including speaker series and other growth opportunities. While the program content will be delivered virtually, you will be expected to report to the office where your team is based, as outlined above. You will also have the opportunity to learn more about Learfield through a visit to one of our nearby campus properties as well as cross-departmental interactions during the summer. The Atlanta-based role will be a hybrid model with four days in the office (Monday - Thursday) and one remote day on Fridays, unless specific projects demand in-person activity.     The Georgia Department of Corrections (GDC) is looking for a Web Developer with a strong background in Java Technologies who possesses application design, development, and implementation skills. Candidate must be very strong in Core Java, Spring boot Framework, jQuery, Web Services (SOAP and Rest Style), Ionic, Angular, Bootstrap, Type Script, Java Script frameworks and knowledge of SQL with a minimum of 5 yrs experience. Scope of Work: - Participate with business analysts and development manager in the requirements definition process - Translate business requirements into viable technical architectures and designs - Implement the designs (design, code, test, deploy). Support the deployed applications through debugging, fixing, and maintenance releases. - Understand the current applications and technical architecture and provide technical and programming support - Work with users, contractors, and technical personnel to meet project milestones - Stay abreast of new technologies and methods to optimize development process - Advanced understanding of modern software development methodologies. - Has a thorough understanding of software development lifecycle and the ability to implement software following the structured approach. - Very strong organizational, task management and prioritization skills - Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills - Ability to work well with peers and all levels of management - Ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast paced, dynamic environment Required skills: - Server-side Java Development Experience - Java 1.8, J2EE, Struts, Spring/SpringBoot, JavaScript Frameworks, Angular, SOAP Web Services, Rest API, Servlets, SQL, JDBC, Unix - Drupal 8/9 CMS, PHP. - Strong Experience with Angular, and Microservices - Spring Boot, Spring MVC and Spring Security are a must. - Developing Performance-Critical Applications in J2EE - Well Versed in RDBMS Technology: MySQL Oracle 11g or Higher Qualifications: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with coursework in computer science or management information systems AND five years of related experience.
