Franchise Sales/ Very consistant management who try to help you to be your best.
My direct boss was not a very supportive person
The 401K, and events.
Pretty generous PTO and decent benefits, generally nice people who work there.
Too many middle managers, poor communication between managers and employees, empty promises of pay and opportunity.
Love the continuing of training.
Not enough exposure in our area.

The people that work there are the best. The company has become greedy. I miss my coworkers.
They take a unfair amount of money from their agents. Too many fees . It’s a great place to begin, but the company isn’t loyal to the agents.
There are no perks . You work hard and reap the rewards you earned.
