Proficiency with electronic health record and scheduling systems (e.g., Yardi, Matrixcare). Flexibility in managing competing priorities and unexpected events. Demonstrated ability to lead a caregiving team with professionalism and empathy. Education and Experience CNA Certification required High school diploma or GED required; post-secondary education in health care, nursing, or any related field. Prior supervisory or scheduling experience is strongly preferred. Preferred 3 years of experience in a leadership role. Experience working with older adults in a healthcare or home care setting preferred.
