The Maintenance Specialist is responsible for the repairs, adjustments, preventative, and ongoing maintenance of the commercial kitchen equipment and structures in the metro food production facility. Provides overnight support for assigned team to include receiving and preparing product and maintaining the floor, displays, and back stock in accordance with company standards.
