Mike Finley is CEO of Boingo and serves on the company’s board of directors. He is responsible for the company’s strategic direction and leading the business into the 5G future. A respected leader in the wireless industry, Finley served nearly nine years at Qualcomm prior to Boingo, most recently as president of North America and Australia. He has more than three decades of experience in senior management roles, including executive positions at Nextel, Sprint, Verizon, Airtouch Cellular and Cellular One. Finley received a B.S. and B.A. in marketing from Creighton University and attended the General Manager Program in Executive Education at Harvard Business School. He currently serves on the board of the Los Angeles Sports and Entertainment Commission and is a member of the Creighton University Hall of Fame.

Michael T. Sicoli is INAP's Chief Executive Officer. Mike joined INAP in October 2019 as President and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining INAP, Mike served as Chief Financial Officer of GTT Communications Inc., a publicly-traded provider of cloud networking services to multinational clients. From 2013 to 2015, he served as principal of MTS Advisors, LLC, a consulting and advisory services firm he founded. From 2010 to 2013, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Sidera Networks, a fiber optic service provider that was merged with Lightower Fiber Networks in 2013. From 2005-2010, Mike served as Chief Financial Officer of RCN Corporation. Previously, Mike held various positions at Nextel Communications, Deloitte Consulting and Accenture. Additionally, Mike recently served as a director of Lumos Networks, a fiber-based bandwidth infrastructure and service provider in the Mid-Atlantic region. Mike holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from The College of William and Mary and an MBA from The University of Virginia, Darden Graduate School of Business Administration.

Matthew 'Matt' Desch is a Member at The National Security Telecommunications Advisory Committee (NSTAC), Board Member at Iridium World Communications Ltd, and Chief Executive Officer at Iridium World Communications Ltd and is based in McLean, Virginia. He has worked as Chief Executive Officer at Telcordia Technologies, Supervisor at Bell Labs, and Board Member at Starent Networks. Matthew works or has worked as MEMBER at AOPA Foundation Board of Visitors. He attended University of Chicago between 1983 and 1986 and The Ohio State University between 1976 and 1980.

Rami Rahim is Chief Executive Officer of Juniper Networks and a member of the company's Board of Directors. Rahim was appointed CEO in November 2014. Rahim began his Juniper career in early 1997, as employee No. 32, and worked as an engineer on Juniper's first breakthrough product, the M40 core router. Rahim has progressed through a series of technical and leadership roles at Juniper, applying his engineering acumen to the design and development of Juniper's industry-leading product portfolio. He most recently served as Executive Vice President and General Manager of the Juniper Development and Innovation (JDI) organization, overseeing the company's entire product and technology portfolio. His responsibilities included driving strategy, development and business growth for routing, switching, security, silicon technology, and the Junos operating system. Richard T. (“Rich”) Hume has served as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Tech Data and a member of the company’s Board of Directors since June 2018. In his role as CEO, Rich is responsible for the strategic direction of the company and oversees all aspects of the company’s extensive global technology distribution operations.

Hans Vestberg (born 23 June 1965) is a Swedish businessman and CEO of Verizon Communications, where he has worked as executive vice president of the company's network and technology team, and as chief technology officer. Vestberg was previously the CEO of telecommunications company Ericsson, president of the Swedish Olympic Committee, and chairman of the Swedish Handball Federation.

Mike Keegan is TNS’ Chief Executive Officer. He is responsible for setting the global direction for the company and for making strategic decisions to ensure sustainable growth. In his role, he oversees the network, operations, sales, development and product groups which deliver solutions to thousands of financial organizations, telecommunications providers and retailers in over 60 countries. Mike’s broad remit also includes responsibility for the administrative functions at TNS, including finance, legal, HR and compliance.

Charles J. Meyers joined Equinix in 2010 as President, Equinix Americas, leading the company’s largest P&L through a time of significant growth and strong operating performance. Mr. Meyers then served as the Chief Operating Officer at Equinix, where he led the Global Sales, Marketing, Operations and Customer Success teams. For the past year, he was President, Strategy, Services and Innovation (SSI) leading Equinix’s strategic business teams including Corporate Strategy, Technology Innovation, and Product Management and Engineering. Under Mr. Meyers’ leadership, SSI worked to optimize the company’s position as a cloud enabler, identify key growth areas, and evolve our services portfolio in response to market, competitive and technology trends. Mr. Meyers has built a distinguished 25-year career in the high-tech industry. Before joining Equinix, Mr. Meyers served as Group President at Verisign where he led a P&L portfolio including the company’s Security, Communications and Mobile Messaging businesses. Prior to Verisign, Mr. Meyers held various executive positions at Level 3 Communications, including Group Vice President of Global Marketing, President of IP and Data Services, and Senior Vice President, Softswitch Services. During his tenure, Mr. Meyers helped Level 3 emerge as a premier global provider of Internet and VoIP services. Mr. Meyers also held senior operating roles at BellSouth, was a member of the pre-IPO executive team at Internet Security Systems and served as a Senior Associate with Booz-Allen & Hamilton Consulting. Mr. Meyers earned dual master’s degrees from Northwestern University’s J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management and McCormick Graduate School of Engineering. He also holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Colorado.
