Consistently deliver positive, courteous and professional guest service in all interactions with guests, visitors, vendors and fellow employees. Assist AP on an as needed basis by assembling and reviewing vendor invoices, purchase orders, receiving documents and other information for payment. Input accounts payable into the computer system. Prepare support documents for AR, prepares/mails invoices for customers, researches credit card disputes, prepare daily deposits from incoming payments. Assist Payroll in preparation and completion of payroll cycles, help prepare reports for distribution, compile payroll data for review and correct errors to ensure accuracy. Assist the Accountants in preparing general ledger journal entries, account reconciliations, assist with month-end, quarterly and annual closings. Promote positive public/employee relations at all times. Ensure prompt and discrete notification to senior management and/or the Ethics Hotline of any observation of illegal acts or internal ethics violations. Comply with all departmental and Company Policies including business ethics guidelines.
