Mark Bergen is a highly accomplished business leader impacting organizations undergoing significant transitions. His present focus is on restructurings, and seeking companies that can be spun off and benefit from a good dose of large-scale change, a role where he plays with considerable credibility given his own success in President, COO, and CFO positions. His background has centered on managing in merger, crisis, or large-scale change situations for a broad range of clients. This background also positions Mark as an excellent Board member, where he can be an asset to the management team in both ‘normal’ or crisis situations.

Most recently, he led the restructure and relaunch of several Asset & Wealth Management firms, implementing succession plans, installing a new generation of portfolio managers, expanding the sales distribution teams, and upgrading technology.
