Does Ansys drug test?

According to Ansys's Employee Code of Conduct regarding drug and alcohol use - "In order to keep yourself and others safe, alcohol and drugs must be kept out of the workplace. Our policy prohibits the unlawful manufacture, distribution, possession, or use of controlled substances on Ansys premises.

As an exception, lawful, moderate, and prudent alcohol consumption during legitimate business entertainment -- such as employee holiday gatherings or customer dinners -- can be an appropriate way to socialize. The explicit, advance approval of our senior management is required in these cases."

Ansys uses a ten-panel drug test designed, implemented, and analyzed in-house. The test looks for the following substances:

• Amphetamines

• Cannabis

• Cocaine

• Opiates

• Phencyclidine

• Barbiturates

• Benzodiazepines

• Methaqualone

• Methadone

• Propoxyphene

If you have a medical cannabis card, you can talk to the HR recruiter about testing at a later date. Ansys is also a smoke-free workplace, and as such, the use of tobacco and vaping products is not allowed inside any company building, company vehicles, or at any company work function or event.
