Yes, Lord and Taylor drug tests job applicants when they get to a certain stage of the hiring process. In addition to a drug test, the company also requires potential hires to complete a criminal background check. Lord and Taylor also holds the right to perform random drug tests on current employees.
Lord and Taylor uses a urine test to screen candidates for drugs. This is performed at a third-party medical facility of the company's choosing. The drug test used by a third-party lab is a standardized five-panel urine test. This can detect the five most commonly abused drugs and substances:
