No, Party City does not drug test potential hires. However, the company does reserve the right to request a drug screen of current employees in any of the following scenarios:

In any of these instances, a failed drug test can result in disciplinary action, including termination, and possible criminal prosecution, if the employee has endangered the lives of their co-workers.
