  Wonderful written and verbal communication skills are crucial for trainers. Trainers need to be able to present information and tasks clearly and concisely. You often also need to be a great writer to clearly annotate information during training sessions for your supervisor.

• Have Patience

  It is inevitable that when you are training someone, that person makes mistakes. These mistakes may often be annoying or time-consuming to fix. It is natural to feel frustrated at these mistakes, but having patience is crucial. You should help your trainee identify and work through mistakes, and having patience can make this a much smoother process.
