The dress code at AMC Theaters is business casual for corporate and management positions and uniform for crew members.

AMC Theaters's employee uniform includes a company polo with AMC Theater logo and name tag. All employees must provide their own black dress pants and black non-slip work shoes.

Employees are allowed to wear any colored socks they wish as long as they are nonoffensive. Tattoos are permitted as long as they are not above the collar and are not considered lewd or offensive to guests or co-workers, while facial piercings are not allowed, however, they do allow crew members to have unnatural hair colors.
