What is the dress code at Ansys?

The dress code at Ansys is casual for the most part. Ansys wants their employee to dress for their day and use their best judgment. Ansys understands the importance of being comfortable while at work, which is why they allow employees to wear jeans, a t-shirt, and sneakers.

If you are working in a leadership position or meeting with clients, however, then you are expected to dress in business-casual or business attire, depending on the situation. Employees are not allowed to have visible tattoos or unnatural hair colors.
