What is the dress code at AT&T?

By Zippia Team - Apr. 20, 2022

The dress code at AT&T depends on the position, requiring uniforms for some roles and business casual for others. Retail associates receive spring and fall funds upon their hiring to spend on Team Colors apparel, purchasable from a catalog given to you during onboarding.

There are different colors and styles of Team Colors-branded shirts with the ATT logo.

You supply your own bottoms, which must be dark blue or black jeans, a long skirt, or otherwise business casual pants. You must also wear dark brown or black closed-toed shoes. While on the sales floor, you must always wear your name badge.

You may also be asked to wear products and accessories that are sold in store. No visible tattoos or extreme piercings are allowed.

If you're working ATT retail curbside, you can wear shorts (no shorter than 4 inches above the knees) and an ATT baseball cap.

Field technicians should wear black pants or khakis and work shirts. Similar to retail, technicians will be given a credit to purchase approved work shirts from ATT's Home Brand catalog. Work shirts for technicians are usually short-sleeved and long-sleeved polo shirts.
