What is the hiring process at Frontier Airlines?

If applying for a flight attendant role, you must fill out an online questionnaire. Next, you will have a video interview with a recruiter to cover general information about yourself and your interest in the company.

If you pass this stage, you are then contacted by a representative to schedule your next interview. This interview is in-person and in a group format. Here are some questions to expect in this interview:

• Name a time in your previous experience when you went above and beyond

• What are your core values?

This interview also contains behavioral and scenario-based questions to assess your skills and intuition around customer service in the airport and flight travel environments.

Pilots and technicians must complete a number of tests during the hiring process. For pilots, these include many flight exams, both on the ground and in the air.

If you receive a job offer after this interview, you are asked to promptly submit to a drug test. This may be requested within hours of your offer.

Frontier Airlines also conducts an extensive background check. The hiring process takes a couple of weeks to a month on average.
