Who is the CMO of Pandora?
The CMO of Pandora is Mary Carmen Gasco-Buisson. She recently left her post as Global Vice President of Unilever to join Pandora as their Chief Marketing Officer. She will report to CEO Alexander Lacik and serve on Pandora's Executive Leadership Team.
Mary Carmen Gasco-Buisson has an extensive track record of growth and transformation across consumer brands in fragrances, beauty personal care, and women's health categories.
In 2020 she headed the turnaround of Unilever's iconic Axe brand with over 1 billion Euros in revenue in more than 80 markets.
She also held leading positions at Procter Gamble for 22 years. This included the role of Consumer Health CEO at PG Ventures and as Global Marketing Innovation Director for Hugo Boss Fragrances. She has also held an executive role at venture capital firm M13 and advised a range of consumer and tech start-ups.
