Qualifications 7-10+ years of experience in utility construction (water, sewer, power), with proven success in both estimating and field operations. Strong leadership skills and ability to mentor project managers and estimators. Deep technical knowledge of utility construction methods, equipment, and industry standards. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
