An assistant property manager's role is to manage rental properties. One of their primary responsibility is to devise strategies on attracting potential tenants by posting advertisements in various platforms, conducting viewing appointments and tours, responding to inquiries and issues, receiving and gathering applicants' requirements, and evaluating every application.
