Customer Service: Self-Storage units is not rocket science, but some questions will come up, so it's important to answer any questions they might have. Not everything is rainbows and butterflies, so helping customers with complaints is part of your duties. Cleaning around the property and office is also part of it. This is not just for the customers; you also deserve to work in a clean environment. Daily walks around the property to make sure everything is working properly. Some boring (or not) paperwork like auction files, tenant letters, reports and other office activities. What do we need from you? You may be responsible for multiple stores and making trips to the bank so reliable transportation and a valid driver's license is required.
