EPMO supporting MDHHS is requesting a Project Manager to provide project management and support services for the implementation of MDHHS - Free Range - IBM Rational Tools End of Life Migration to NGDI project and other infrastructure and application upgrade projects.
This senior project manager will be working on projects under the oversight of technology and database support area of DTMB/MDHHS.
This position will specifically run complex IT projects that are prioritized and assigned by the Free Range MDHHS program area. Strong IT project management skills and Agile Scrum methodology is required to run and manage several scrum teams. This resource must have the ability to work in a matrix organization and must have good interpersonal skills to interact with multiple teams (in house development team, vendors teams, infrastructure teams and business stakeholders).
A job requires a skillset with a mix of infrastructure/SDLC project management and strong vendor management skills.
