Forecasting: Review and approve monthly project financial projections, ensuring cash flow remains positive and fees are protected. Change Management: oversee the change order process to ensure fair compensation for out-of-scope work. Team Development Mentorship: Coach, train, and supervise Project Managers, Assistant PMs, and Superintendents. Culture: Foster a collaborative team environment that mirrors Paryani's core values of integrity and excellence. Qualifications Experience: Minimum of 10-12+ years of construction management experience, with a proven track record of managing projects in Healthcare, Commercial, or Light Industrial sectors. Education: Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Architecture. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Procore, Microsoft Project (or P6), and Bluebeam. Strong understanding of construction cost accounting. Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to command a room during client presentations. Responsibilities + Plan all phases of the construction lifecycle from initiation to completion. + Ensure timely acquisition of necessary permits and compliance with regulations. + Order supplies, tools, and equipment according to project specifications. + Align projects with agreed-upon plans, negotiate timelines and resources with management, and obtain client approvals. + Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to meet project specifications. + Write and submit testing and inspection reports, quality assurance inspections, and other necessary documentation. + Monitor execution of each project phase and respond to any deviations, quality, or timing issues. + Ensure compliance with local, state, and national building codes, regulations, and safety precautions. + Use PROCORE project management software to update schedules, track progress, and document project progression. + Manage multiple projects simultaneously at various stages, with budgets ranging from $250K to $15M. + Represent owners, architects, consultants, government authorities, vendors, and subcontractors. + Administer financial aspects of contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders through Procore software, adhering to budget, timelines, and quality standards. Essential Skills + 5+ years of experience managing vertical construction projects. + Proficient or expert level in Procore software. + Ability to review drawings and read blueprints. + Experience with K-12 or higher education renovation and/or new build projects. + Strong background in construction project management, including scope, schedule, and budget management. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience with security vestibule upgrades, including shatterproof outer glass and bulletproof inner glass installations. + Experience in interior upgrades such as ACT ceilings, VCT flooring, and security films. + Ability to manage modifications to plumbing, electrical, sprinkler, and HVAC systems. Work Environment This role requires flexibility between on-site and office environments. You will work on projects that range from $5M to $20M, with an immediate $18M project for security vestibule upgrades. The goal is to enhance campus safety by creating controlled entry points at schools, with plans to install vestibules at all 138 DeKalb County schools by 2027.
