As Chairman and CEO, Scott Silk provides Astadia’s vision and direction. Working with our executive team and business leaders, Scott sets our business agenda, implements strategy and guides our growth efforts. Scott joined Astadia in 2016, bringing three decades of experience and noteworthy success as a leader in the technology space. Most recently, Scott was President and CEO of SeeWhy, a Massachusetts-based leader in real-time marketing and business intelligence solutions company acquired by SAP in 2015. Previously, Scott was President and CEO of Action Engine Corp. where he established the company’s mobile application platform as a leader in the market and led the company’s eventual sale to Mobui Corp. Before that, he was General Manager at ePresence and helped establish the company as a leader in the Identity Management segment, increased shareholder value by more than 100 percent, and was instrumental in the sale of the company’s security and identity management services to Unisys Corp. Among other roles, Scott also served as President of North American Operations and Vice President of Worldwide Marketing for Gentia Software, Inc. where he helped double the company’s North American software revenues to $20 million. Scott received a bachelor’s degree in Business and Marketing from The Max M. Fisher College of Business at Ohio State University and his MBA from Baldwin Wallace University.

Bob comes to Astadia with over 25 years of financial leadership in software, technology, and manufacturing; including public and private companies, high growth start-ups, and mature stage organizations. As CFO, Bob Cruickshank will be responsible for managing Astadia’s financial operations, including strategic planning, financial reporting, and cash management. Bob’s recent experiences include the roles of Chief Financial Officer and Chief Administrative Officer at ezCater, where he oversaw all financial operations as the company grew more than 100% annually. In a prior role, Bob served as CFO at Amazon Robotics (formerly Kiva Systems), where he led financial integration with Amazon and built a finance and accounting function that supported a significant scaling of operations. Bob also served as VP of Finance at Aspen Technology, and as a Manager at Arthur Andersen. Bob graduated with a bachelor’s degree in History from Wake Forest University and an MBA from Northeastern University.

Jerry Hooks is a CIO and FSO at ASTADIA.

Wilson Rains has 23 years in the mainframe modernization space focused on sales and business development. Previously he held the position of VP of International Sales and Global Alliances at GT Software for 15 years. Prior to GT Software, he led sales and business development posts at Jacada, ClientSoft and IBM. Wilson holds a Bachelor of Science degree from The Citadel in Charleston, SC.
