Complete paperwork, ensure tickets are correct and closed out proerly and drop cash after each scheduled shift.
Deliver food based on steps of service.
Be pleasant, smile and greet all guests, using surnames when obtained.
Be thoroughly familiar with responsibilities of IRD server.
Be thoroughly familiar with F&B menus and available promotions and options.
Station set-up and break-down, walk guest floors for trays in hallways and side-work.
Perform any other duties as assigned by Outlets Management.
Have knowledge of fine dining service.
Follow all company policies and procedures; ensure clean uniform and professional personal appearance; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets.
Assist where needed within F&B.
Qualifications
Must enjoy guest interaction.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Must be able to multitask.
Must be able to stand and walk for an extended period of time or for an entire shift.
Must be able to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects of moderate weight without assistance.
Must be able to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Must have ServSafe Food Handlers and TIPS Alcohol Certification or be able to attain certfification.
